The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. The property has a minimum household income requirement of 2 times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Third party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required. Total household income must be UNDER the following limits based on household size:
- 1 Occupant: $51,380 - $58,720
- 2 Occupants: $58,730 - $67,120
- 3 Occupants: $66,080 - $75,520
- 4 Occupants: $73,360 - $83,840
Determined at the time of your initial application, your monthly rent will fall between the range listed below based on your household's gross annual income. These price ranges are estimates and are subject to change in 2022. Please give us a call if further assistance and/or explanation is needed.
- 1 Bedroom Rent Range: $1,376 - $1,573
- 2 Bedroom Rent Range: $1,652 - $1,888
