Heritage at Church Ranch participates in an affordable housing program. At least one resident in each apartment must be at least 55 years or older, and all other residents must be at least 40 years of age. Household income & student status limitations apply. The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. The property has a minimum household income requirement of 2 times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Third-party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required. Total household income must be UNDER the following limits based on household size:

- 1 Occupant: $60,830- $69,520
- 2 Occupants: $69,510- $79,440
- 3 Occupants: $78,190- $89,360
- 4 Occupants: $86,870- $99,280

NOTE: Total household income for one-bedroom homes must be under $65,680 for a one-person household and under $75,040 for a two-person household. Please call for more details.
